Summit Prep is accepting additional transfer applications for the 10th, 11th, and 12th grade for Fall semester 2012. Applications can be turned in anytime to Penelope K. Pak.   We will be holding a lottery for transfers some time in late June or early July so please revisit this website to check for updates.You may pick up a transfer application at Summit Prep or you may download the application on this website. You will need to submit an official transcript with your application in order to be considered.  If you have questions regarding transferring please call Penelope K. Pak at 650-556-1110 x2.
In Order to be Considered for Transfer:

Pick up an application in person or download the application through the link above (either from the office or at a Recruitment Open House)

Request an OFFICIAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT from the current school and attach it to your completed application

Turn in the completed application to our offices by or before the deadline
